Mailing list

The mailing list is an instrument allowing all brothers and sisters to keep in touch and to exchange opinions, ideas and information via the internet. Its mechanism is very simple: when a person sends an e-mail to the address mlsiblings@siblings.it, his address is automatically communicated to all people registered, who may thus interact using this virtual space.
The mailing list was set up over 3 and a half years ago. During this period of time about eighty registered brothers and sisters have written almost 5000 e-mails with very different scopes: from sharing embarrassing situations, to discussing themes linked to the world of disability, up to simply keeping in touch or making appointments. Thanks to this initiative the siblings can support each other in turn and feel closer to the others, even though physically miles away.
